Okay, so the lawyers over at CUNA are very good and won’t let us get too carried away… so here’s the serious stuff you need to know about our privacy policy:

CUNA, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of our members and other visitors to MoneyMix^TM. We have therefore adopted the following privacy policy.

1. Site Traffic Records: CUNA, Inc. collects information on domain names and dates and times of Web site visits. This information allows us to track Web site use, measure site traffic, and improve site navigation and information so visitors will find it more helpful and informative. This information is used solely for these analytical purposes and is discarded after use.

CUNA, Inc. provides visitor information submitted during log in to the subscribing credit union. A credit union may use this information to distribute information about credit union products and services or to provide special incentives to the visitors who complete the course.

With the exception of the usage described above, visitor information is NEVER sold, given, or disclosed to third parties.

2. Cookies: A "cookie" is a record of each visitor's point of origin on the Internet. CUNA does not use "cookies" at this Web site to collect information about returning visitors.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure: CUNA will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people only when:

• We have your consent to share the information;

• We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested (these companies do not have the right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us);

• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.

4. On-line Registration: Secure Server Software encrypts information when you submit it.

CUNA may use visitor information to announce new content of interest to MoneyMix^TM users. Summary information may also be used in press releases about the program and download demographics.

With the exception of the usage described above, this information is NEVER sold, given, or disclosed to third parties.
